Washington - Police arrested Oscar Ramiro Ortega Pennsylvania Henandez the alleged perpetrators of the shooting to the White House. Who is Oscar? Police call this man was reported missing by his family since last week and the mentally deranged.

As reported by The New York Times, Thursday (11/17/2011), Oscar was arrested at 12:35 pm local time near the Hotel Indiana. Oscar existence secret intelligence information obtained from the United States (U.S.).

"Ortega Hernandez currently resides in Pennsylvania police station," said a news release issued by authorized local officials.

When checked, Oscar has a tattoo on the left side of his neck with the words "Israel". Not only in the neck, Oscar has three tattoos that one tattoo that read 'Ortega'.
